1. What inspired you to become a sustainable designer? 16 years i was a simple artist making statemnts with collage and instilation using the second hand branded t shirt we so readilly consume, throw away and buy fresh, flash forward 10 years a sustainable world agenda has come forth and noki style and direction fits in with this neat box laid out for a future of change. Im happy it makes noki contemporary once again. 
2. Whats your design background?I studied at Edinburagh college of Art worked at MTV as a stylist than created Noki..

3. What inspires you as a designer? As An ARTIST i only create The ONE-OFF customised piece out the the generic leftovers of consumerism.. I have a noki saying ' Rejection breeds Reinvention'

4. What does 2012 hold for your work? Keeping the sustainable customised flag flying in the Winds of Change.. 
5. Do you think the fashion industry will ever become completely sustainable? No i hope not that would be rather boring dreery and very uninspiring.. 
6. Whats your career highlight? Meeting Christopher Nemith the god father of fashion Deconstruction .. Befriending Judy blame and having made an 'impact in Fashion' that i once said to a question asked of me when i was 13...
7. Have you got any favourite designers and why? I tend to like Artists more like Annette Messanger, Tim Noble and Sue Webster, Nigel Cook, Fontana..and Francis Bacon,
8. How would you describe you and your work in 3 words?
